For an Empire where Justice and Peace walk together, a society more fraternal, under the Christian social vision, and the equality between the peoples, we invite all citizens of Reunion, interested to join our Front of Imperial Christianity (FIC) that will be founded with these bases:

Believing that the Christian teachings must be reflected in the social laws and institutions, our members desire:

  • The unity of all true Christians; Catholic, Protestants, or Orthodox, especially in social fronts;

  • The reconciliation between all nations (macro or micro);

  • A rational redistribution of the wealth (preserving the right of ownership), with the objective of reducing the differences between the rich and the poor;

  • The democratic control of the institutions and resources;

  • A society socially, sexually and racially equal, with personal responsibilities and freedom of speech;

  • The proper use of the resources that come to our hands.

And, as members, we will try to:

  • Impeach any way of opression, power abuse and prejudice, from any origin;

  • Act, in a conciliatory way, between dissidences of any origin;

  • The complete and perfect harmony between the anglophones and lusophones, as the Christian solidarity teaches us, not allowing neither one nor other group, the free access and expression (to be as democratic as possible, even our acronym is the same for the two languages);

  • Encourage the Christians to adopt a community pacific vision, natural from Christian Socialism;

  • Show to the socialist movements a Christian vision;

  • Provide a forum of debates to develop a democratic socialism, oriented to a Christian vision;

  • In all relationships, create and support the Christian spirit of harmony.
