Reunian Requirements to Diplomatic Recognition

       "We, Emperor Claude I, on this sixth day of the month of November of the year one thousand, one hundred and ninety seven of  Our Lord, announce that it is Our Will and pleasure to decree, in behalf of Our Almighty God and of the good people of this Holy Empire:

That the following REQUIREMENTS must be met by micronations, in order to be officially recognized by His Holy, Imperial Majesty's Empire of Reunion, through the Imperial Chancellery, unless otherwise stated by a Glorious Ordinance of HHIM:

  1) That the Micronation does not earn money by selling nobility titles or government position;

  2) That the Micronation is recognized by at least two of the "Statuses A or B" categories of the Reunian Diplomatic Policy;

  3) That a full investigation on the micronation's system of government, laws and "level of seriousness" is done by the
Imperial Chancellery. (If this is not accomplished, the nation may be "Unrecognized" and the official who offered recognition is
called to make explanations);

  4) That the Micronation claims to exist in Planet Earth and to be populated by humans. Also, the micronation must claim to exist in the current date.

  5) That the Micronation is not of marxist/communist/naziist orientation.;

  6) That the Micronation is not allied to other nations which are, alledgedly, at war with the Holy Empire, which does not
accept the concept of "MicroWar";

  7) That the Micronation is not, alledgedly, at war with STATUSES "A" and "B" nations;

  8) That the Micronation is not a secession of the Holy Empire of Reunion;

  9) That the Holy Empire has not signed treaties compromising to not recognize the Micronation.
